Personnel Affairs Assistant Manager - Cibitung-Bekasi
Responsibilities:
  • Personal Assisstant Manager is responsible to fullfill all the Recruitments need of the corporation also Plan & Execute Company Performance Management System and Create and Develop the Company Competency System
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old
  • S1 Psychology with minimum 3 years experience in recruitment
  • Knowledge and/or experience in performance management system is an advantage
  • English is a must
  • Familiar with psychological assessment, such as IST, DISC, Kraeplin/Pauli, etc.
  • Ability to make simple psychological diagnostic report
  • Strong leadership and good communication skill
  • Familiar with MS Office application
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung-Bekasi.
Management Trainee - Bekasi (Cibitung)
Requirements :
  • S1 degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of GPA 3.00 (4 scale)
  • Having adequate knowledge on Manufacturing Process
  • Familiar with software drawing program of AUTOCAD
  • Adequate English Proficiency, both oral or written
Program Overview :
  • Location : Head office Company in Cibitung, Kab. Bekasi, Jawa Barat
  • Contents of Program : All Operational Management, including both Management in Factory and Administrative Management.
  • Duration of program : 1 (one) year, and will be started on October 2012.
  • Program Facilities : Monthly pocket money, Daily meal is provided, Insurance of working accident and Clinic with doctor & nurse for light medical care.
  • Successful participants will be assigned as Permanent Employee with foreman level.
Selection :
  • Phase-1 : Psychological Test, Drawing Test and Preliminary interview
  • Phase-2 : Top Management Interview
