Responsibilities :
- YOU are responsible to analyze the trend and opportunity for improvement based on current data and practices in order to support the HR Shared Service Centre continuous improvement as well as in assisting its implementation
- Holding Bachelor degree from any discipline preferably majoring Psychology, Law or Human Resource Management
- Fresh Graduate with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having maximum 2 years progressively working experience in HR related
- Able to operate intermediate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, & Project)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill
