Recruitment, Training & Development Supervisor (Karawang)
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or General HR.

• Familiar with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, QMS, Supply Chain Principles and Manufacturing System overallStrong leadership, highly motivated, good analytical thingking, creative, innovative, flexible, good communication & interpersonal skill.
