PT Donggi - Senoro LNG (DSLNG) is a foreign investment company established by PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Medco Energi International Tbk, Mitsubishi Corporation and Korean Gas Company (KOGAS). Our main business is to process natural gas into Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for export and the plant is located in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi.
QC Welding - Sulawesi Tengah (Luwuk)
Responsibilities :
- Ensure inspection of pre-fabrication, fabrication and/or construction activities and EPC Contractor (JGC) are conducted according to approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP); ensure the required QC documentation and required NDT (Non Destructive Test) are conducted in compliance with relevant Standard/Code, Specification and Project requirement with good construction safety practices based on schedule and budget.
- Ensure Quality Surveillance on Contractor/Subcontractor or Vendor activity regarding welded pre-fabrication, fabrication and/construction.
- Conduct inspection (Hold Point, Witness and Review record) on pre-fabrication/fabrication and/or construction activities as per approved ITP
- Supervise EPC Contractor (JGC) related to areas of NDT (Non Destructive Test) to successfully complete the work on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor and control the NDT to ensure it is well running without complaint; follow the procedures and meet the requirement.
- Continuously monitor, control and maintain highest quality and administer good construction safety practices.
- Review the test procedure and requirement.
- Ensure all measurement test are passing the certification procedure as well as ready to follow procedure.
- Review test record and report, list of test requirement and certification procedure.
- Contribute and monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Non Destructive Test area.
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical) or
- Senior high school (SMA/STM) with significant fabrication and construction experience on major projects
- Certified Welding Inspector
- Certified NDT – RT Level II and Other NDT Method (MT/PT/UT) (advantage)
- Familiar with relevant standard, code and practices for inspection
- Familiar with Migas and documentation requirement
- Willing to relocate at Site, Luwuk, Central Sulawesi
- This position is required for contractual basis
Responsibilities :
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the Company and assist to develop models to achieve the objectives; Evaluate performance against planned targets; Assess performance against standards and benchmarks; ensure vertical and horizontal alignment of KPI across directorates
- Ensure the implementation of performance planning, operation expenditure, project capital are in accordance with agreed KPI.
- Assist in developing the key process and improvement initiatives and the associated key performance measures required to achieve the DSLNG business plan.
- Assist to develop appropriate management Information system in DSLNG so that process output are measured and the effectiveness of any Improvement are quantified. "Informed decision making for BOD - easy access/ ease of understanding, timely"
- Plan, direct, control, monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Business Performance Monitoring area
- Monitor DSLNG Milestone achievement in line with Corporate “Blue Print” of Business Process Architecture Performance
- Assist in Developing and maintaining Directorate Milestone Schedule
- Develop and monitor Directorate annual routine budget
- Assist in corporate budget review and re-visit assumption relevancy
- Ensure Operational Expenditure performance within the area of responsibility
- Ensure resources availability and develop personnel within the area of responsibility
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Financial discipline. MBA/MM is an advantage
- Over 5 years of industry experience, including 2 years in Operation, Planning, Finance, Business Development or Commercial role.
- Have financial and business acumen, problem solving, economic evaluation.
- Self motivated, Structured way of thinking, can-do attitude
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities :
- Monitor, review and control contract and material procurement operations. Develop new material procurement strategies/ processes to smooth internal activity and ensure that user’s materials requirements are met in the most timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Ensure and implements procurement process (a minimum requirement to PO/Contract and payment lead time), transparency (high number of average invited bidders/eligible bidders) and purchase price (ensures a market driven procurement practices) and identifies opportunities for upgrading and enhancements.
- Manage customer’s demands for services and maintains close communications to align service level with business needs.
- Coordinate the sourcing, procurement, and purchasing activities to ensure all transactions are being handled in the most economic, expeditious, effective way to meet the needs of Users.
- Ensure and monitor the activities related to bid tender process to include bid evaluation, selection of contractors/suppliers to ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures, and pertinent government laws and regulations.
- Conduct assessment on suppliers’ and contractors’ performance and recommend those that can be considered qualified contractors/suppliers.
- Monitor fulfillment of orders and take appropriate actions on outstanding orders.
- Ensure all the implementation of all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) policy and procedure in the workplace.
- Ensure resources availability and provide development opportunity of personnel within the area of responsibility.
- Control department / division budget to ensure a transparent and cost effective result for the business.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Posses experience in procurement and/or contract administration and management or 5 to 8 in managerial exposure, preferably in energy sector.
- Willing to relocate at Site, Luwuk, Central Sulawesi
- This position is required for contractual basis under TPC
